About Us
Well Shepherd Ministry
Well Shepherd Ministry is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization based in Lahore, Pakistan. Our mission is to bring hope, dignity, and the love of Jesus Christ to the most forgotten communities—especially brick kiln families, children, and those living in poverty.
We are ordinary believers with an extraordinary God, working together to change lives through education, health care, clean water, food, and spiritual guidance.

Who We Are
It was a cold winter morning on December 1st, 2024, when Evangelist Parastish Iftikhar was passing by a brick kiln. Her heart was stirred when she saw a little girl, around 3 or 4 years old, walking barefoot on the cold ground. Moved by compassion, she gently asked, “Sweetheart, why aren’t you wearing shoes?” The child looked up and simply replied, “I don’t have any.”
A few days later, Evangelist Parastish returned — not empty-handed. Out of her own savings and humble means, she brought shoes, warm clothes, and snacks for the child. As she met the child again, she came to know the painful truth: the girl’s father had abandoned her mother for bearing too many daughters. Now, the child was being raised by her grandmother — a tired woman working tirelessly at the brick kiln just to survive.
After that moment of calling, Well Shepherd Ministry began to grow step by step. The team held its first official program, where Well Shepherd Church was introduced to the community — a place not just of worship, but of healing, learning, and spiritual family. Following this, our first Christmas Program was organized with great love and excitement.
Children who had never celebrated Christmas with joy were welcomed with open arms. They sang carols, heard the story of Jesus’ birth, and were gifted with clothes, toys, school supplies, and snacks — reminding them that they are loved, seen, and remembered. It wasn’t just a program. It was the beginning of hope, light, and a new chapter for many children who had only known pain and silence. And this… is just the beginning.

Step by step, Well Shepherd Ministry continued its journey in faith.
Just as God leads His people, Well Shepherd Ministry began to walk in His light — not by might, not by power, but by the Spirit of the Lord.
Every visit, every prayer, every small act of kindness became a seed of hope in places where there was once only silence and struggle.
From one little girl without shoes, to now many children, families, and communities being reached through God’s love — this ministry is a testimony that when God calls, He also provides.

Our Story
The journey of Well Shepherd Ministry began on 1st December 2024, when God placed a burden on the hearts of Evangelist Parastish Iftikhar and Evangelist Alisha George. What started as small Sunday services under the open sky—with a Bible in one hand and food in the other—has now grown into a ministry reaching hundreds of children and families.
From feeding the hungry and teaching barefoot children, to providing clean water and offering spiritual guidance, Well Shepherd Ministry is a testimony of God’s faithfulness.
